Description

Overview
The MRI Technologist operates MRI scanners for diagnostic imaging. This role generates detailed soft-tissue images vital for neurology, orthopedics, and oncology assessments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MRI technology and patient care, with experience in diagnostic imaging settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MRI scanners for diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients for scans.
- Administer contrast agents safely.
- Maintain and perform quality checks on MRI equipment.
- Document procedures in EHR systems like Epic or PACS.
- Adhere to MRI safety protocols.
