Location

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• Day and evening shifts
• 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• Block scheduling may apply for PM/overnight roles
• Weekend coverage may be required up to every other weekend
• Holidays are rotating
• No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin pharmacist license; ACT 10 is accepted
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience, or 3 years of experience preferred if not residency trained

Role Details

• Inpatient pharmacist role with responsibilities that vary based on team needs
• Must be comfortable with standard pediatric orders
• Duties include order verification, product check and release, remote sterile compounding verification, and clinical dosing support

Orientation

• 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the specialization of the role

Dress Code

• Business casual
• Facility scrubs are provided when entering the sterile environment

Additional Notes

• Pharmacy technicians are staffed 24 hours for sterile compounding and nonsterile roles
• Local candidates within 80 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced client rate
