RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Role Overview

Temp assignment in Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Shift: 12-hour day shift
Schedule: 3 days a week, rotating
Must live 100 miles away

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Texas
Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
NRP
BLS
ACLS
AWHONN - Intermediate electronic fetal monitoring

Preferred

Unit / Patient Population

Patient population includes females of childbearing years, pregnant patients at 17 weeks gestation, laboring patients, scheduled procedures, and triage issues
Unit activity includes admissions, discharges, transfers, pre-op, and deliveries
Common equipment includes fetal monitors and Cerner/Fetalink documentation
