Patient Volume

• 7–10 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Active MI license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS
• OT license for the state of MI
• Negative drug screen for all panels

Preferred Qualifications

• Peds experience

Other Relevant Details

• General rehab caseload with geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, and similar diagnoses
• No weekend requirements
• No holiday requirements
• Business casual attire
• Department orientation includes 1–2 shifts, Epic training, and mentorship as needed
• Local rate applies within 50 miles of the facility
• 12 non-billable orientation hours
• Call-off policy is equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
