Schedule

Nights
40 hours per week
Shifts may be 8s or 12s
Some 6p-6a and some 10p-6a shifts
Every other weekend
Every other holiday

Assignment Details

13 weeks
Main units include one 20-bed unit and one 22-bed unit
Average ratio: 1:22
Location-specific orientation: 1-2 shifts
Common patient types include dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, falls, and ADL assistance needs

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
RN

Additional Notes

EMR: PCC
No on-call or call-back available or billable
IV-C required for LPNs: yes
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing, at additional cost
