BLS certification
Active MI license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated

Other Important Details

Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
Local clinicians receive an adjusted rate
12 hours of non-billable orientation
Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
OSF call-off policy: equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
Candidate must produce a negative drug screen for all panels
