Description

LTC RN

Location: Hilo, Hawaii Setting: Long-term care facility Specialty: Nursing Employment Type: Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

Independently supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit
Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate nursing care
Supervise LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care

Certifications

BLS/BCLS

Shifts

Day, evening, and night shifts available; specific shift to be discussed during the interview process

Start Requirements

Must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend an employee health appointment on Friday

Requirements

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid RN license in Hawaii
Long Term Care experience of 2 years, including experience within the last year
BLS/BCLS certification
