RN Oncology - Nights

Overview

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Employment Type: LTA
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 18:45 - 07:15

Role Description

Patient assessment and intervention, medication administration, following orders, and observing patients
Documentation in the electronic health record
Implementing and monitoring the plan of care, and assisting with ADLs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana, verified through primary source verification and Nursys within 30 days before start (required for submission)
Oncology experience: 2 years
Oncology experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid driver's license or state ID, not expired, showing front and back, with an address matching records (for a compact license placed outside the issuing state, the address must match the home state)

Optional Items

Unit-specific checklist, optional for onboarding but must be uploaded by the unit leader within one week
Post-assignment exit survey and hiring manager evaluation
Legal documentation of name change, if applicable
