Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Home Health experience (3 years), including experience within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

BSN degree
Hospice experience
