LTC/SNF RN

Location: Larimore, North Dakota Contract Length: 14 weeks Unit: 40-bed long-term care facility

Schedule

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
• Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holiday
• On-call: Not available. No on-call or call-back duties.

Staffing Ratios

• Nights: 1 nurse to up to 35 residents. Medication pass at the beginning of the shift. Up to 2 CNAs.
• Days (M-F): 1 nurse to up to 35 residents. A med aide is present, and the nurse is responsible for all treatments. Up to 3 CNAs and potentially 1 bath aide.

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Perform IV medications and dressing changes
• Complete admissions and understand the admission process
• Manage transfers, discharges, and fall reporting
