Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience, with experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid driver's license or state ID (not expired, matching the address on file, front and back shown). If placed in a state other than the home or issuing state of a compact license, the license address must match the compact home state.
