Must\nhave proficient technical knowledge and skill set. This includes but is not limited to\ndemonstrating efficient knowledge of all equipment operation, tools and\nprocedures specific to assigned area. \nThis also includes demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot\nissues as they arise.Ability\nto establish and maintain effective interpersonal professional relationships\nwith physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families.Must\nconvey a positive attitude and present a professional appearance.Must\nhave effective communication (both oral and written) skills sufficient to\nresolve conflicts, and relay information concisely to staff, patients, and\nother hospital personnel.Must\nhave sufficient organizational skills.Demonstrate\nstrong customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriate\njudgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving issues and\nconflict.Demonstrate\ninitiative and the ability to work independently.Demonstrate\nthe ability and flexibility to effectively handle challenging and stressful\nsituations and to balance and shift multiple priorities.Must\nhave the ability to adapt to frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in\na fast-paced environment.Must have\ninterpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients who may\nbe under physical and/or emotional stress.Must have\nto ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information.Must be\nproficient in the use of the Radiation Oncology Information Systems and\nsoftware and Hospital Information Systems that integrate with the Department of\nRadiation Oncology, including, but not limited to: ARIA, EPIC, Align RT, GE Discover
