A highly skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing their independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders or referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
