Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy with the goal of restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying locations, schedules, and patient needs.
