Description

Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy delivery to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
  • Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
  • Document services accurately and in a timely manner
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
  • Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
