We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exemplary services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying environments, schedules, and patient needs.
