We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control practices, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
