Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy. This role requires compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
- Document services provided in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
