Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves the evaluation of patients, the development of personalized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
