Job Description
This position is focused on providing exceptional nursing care within a busy acute Brain Injury unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation process for individuals with brain injuries.
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Night shifts
- Every third weekend required
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an acute rehab setting
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and rehabilitation techniques
- Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and thoroughly
