Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document services provided in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
