Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week traveling contract. The successful candidate will provide care at various locations, with one day a week dedicated to travel between sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.

Shift Information

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
