Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and telemetry readings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care and updates accurately in electronic health records.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
Active, unrestricted nursing license in Ohio or a compact state.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Shift Details

This position requires a night shift schedule, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
