We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our Oncology team. This role is vital in providing high-quality nursing care for patients requiring chemotherapy and diagnosis management.

Essential Functions

• Interpret and assess the plan of medical care for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of patient information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and communicate symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Adjust patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
• Provide individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license and certifications, including BLS.
• Experience in oncology nursing or relevant medical settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and holidays.
