Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This is a night shift position requiring 3 shifts of 12 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing.
MUST possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Schedule Availability

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedule combinations:

Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Saturday/Sunday/Monday

Alternative schedules will not be considered.

This position is located in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, focusing on patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.
