Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across various specialties, including abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular studies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing GE Logiq E10 and E9 as well as Samsung R20s ultrasound equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and interpret scan results.
- Maintain equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Document patient information and procedure findings accurately.
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Strong experience in NICU and OR settings is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule
This position requires availability for night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess experience in performing a range of ultrasound exams with a focus on quality patient care and safety protocols.
