We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals while adhering to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
