Job Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work with advanced imaging equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans and ensure high-quality imaging results.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.

Schedule

Shifts mainly consist of weekdays from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM and some days on weekends from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Every other weekend is required. On-call duties include weekdays from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM and weekends from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a rotational basis.
