Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced telemetery unit. The position involves working night shifts consisting of 3-12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients with telemetry needs.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
- Must possess a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIHHS certification is preferred.
- Recent reference from a managerial role in the relevant specialty is required.
Shift Details
This position requires a night shift commitment of three 12-hour shifts per week.
