Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This position involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing function.

Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
