Description

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Description

An experienced Occupational Therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment at a healthcare facility. The role requires a dedicated professional to deliver quality rehabilitation services to enhance the well-being and functional performance of patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Implement rehabilitation programs to improve patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
Document progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
Current Rehabilitation Certification (ASHA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule Information

Monday to Friday schedule with no holiday coverage required.
