Description

Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities to promote recovery.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and preventive care.

Shifts

Sunday, Monday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Acute Care)
Wednesday: 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM (Outpatient)

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Start Date

We are looking for a candidate who can start on September 14.
