Description

RN - LDRP

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care. This position involves rotating shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, and is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer direct patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.
Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the birthing process.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families on post-delivery care and newborn nutrition.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Experience with Epic and postpartum nursing is required.
