Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic outpatient environment, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population that includes teens and older adults. The role will involve treating a mixture of non-surgical and post-operative orthopedic cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a varied patient demographic.
• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver quality care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BLS certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be required to complete an interview.
• Experience in general outpatient PT orthopedics is essential.
• Must be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius.

Work Schedule

The position requires a commitment to a flexible 5-day work week with 8-hour shifts. Shift start and end times are adjustable based on the needs of the department.
