Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves working night shifts with an alternating schedule that includes four 8-hour shifts one week and five 8-hour shifts the next. The typical shift hours are from 18:30 to 03:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to pediatric and NICU patients.
• Utilize Epic for efficient patient charting and documentation.
• Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and coordinate patient care.
• Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in NICU or Pediatric settings is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Minnesota RRT license or be in the process of obtaining one prior to the start date.
• NBRC RRT certification required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• Must be at least 25 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
• Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS are required.

Additional Information

Scrub color required for this role is Dove Gray. The unit primarily deals with respiratory diagnostics and therapy.
