Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and report any significant changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania nursing license.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg or Telemetry settings.
• Ability to accommodate straight night shifts (Nights: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:00).

Schedule

This position offers a night shift schedule, requiring three 12-hour shifts per week. Flexibility in scheduling may be available for daytime shifts as well.
