Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personal care, companionship, and support in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with health monitoring, ensuring clients take medications on time.
• Support mobility and transfer needs, including assistance with walking and using mobility aids.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Document and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel between clients, if necessary.
• Must pass background checks and meet health requirements.
