Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients in mobility and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in caregiving is a plus.
• Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and comply with health and safety regulations.
