Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinic specializing in Hematology and Oncology. This role requires a passion for providing high-quality patient care and a solid understanding of the specific needs of oncology patients.
Work Hours
- 10-hour shifts from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM
- Rotating day off between Monday and Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the outpatient Hematology and Oncology setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in health status.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Epic EMR experience is required.
