Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist with experience in various endovascular and open vascular procedures. The ideal candidate should be proficient in peripheral vascular work and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic hybrid operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing endovascular procedures, including EVAR, TEVAR, declot, and TCAR.
• Maintain a patient-to-technologist ratio of 1:1, ensuring personalized care.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff in a fast-paced operating room setting.
• Participate in on-call duties, required once a week and every fourth weekend.
• Adapt to emergency situations, reporting to work during catastrophic events or mass casualties when required.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification is required; ARRT Vascular Interventional preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Experience in travel assignments is desired.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is a plus.

Job Details

• Shifts: 3x12 hours (06:30 - 19:00) or 4x10 hours (06:30 - 17:00).
• Contract length: 13 weeks.

Orientation

Orientation will consist of 36 hours, adjusted based on prior experience.

Scrubs

Scrubs will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Technological Proficiencies

• Proficient in using Epic for patient documentation.
