We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role is essential in evaluating, planning, and delivering effective therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to track patient progress.
• Document services rendered in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to provide holistic care.
• Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
