We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Pelvic Health certification to join our dynamic Patient Care Team in a vibrant outpatient clinic setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Examining Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Diagnose and determine effective intervention strategies based on assessment results.
• Designing Therapeutic Interventions: Develop and adjust therapeutic plans aimed at alleviating impairments and functional limitations, assisting patients in regaining their ability to perform daily activities.
• Preventing Health Issues: Promote overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups with a focus on preventing injuries and disabilities.
• Consultation, Education, and Research: Share knowledge with colleagues and the community and contribute to research efforts in physical therapy practices.
• Maintaining Patient Records: Keep accurate and updated patient records, including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required.
• Graduate from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Pelvic Health Certification: Required.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Holiday coverage is not required.
