Description
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Technologist to join our surgical services team. This role requires expertise in cardiothoracic procedures and the ability to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room for cardiothoracic surgeries.
- Scrub in for procedures, ensuring sterility and proper equipment handling.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate smooth operations during procedures.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR is mandatory.
- Proven ability to scrub in for CVOR procedures.
- Completion of at least one travel assignment is required.
Schedule Requirements
- Standard shifts will be 4x10 hours from 06:00 to 16:30.
- Requires two weeks and two weekends on duty within a six-week period.
- Call availability for weekdays and weekends is necessary, including specific hours outlined for each.
Additional Information
All candidates must have the Flu vaccine. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to expand their experience in a dynamic surgical environment. Candidates within 60 miles may apply under local rate scenarios.
