We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support. This position comes with a quick start bonus for qualified candidates.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and promptly.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
- Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
