Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, demonstrating clinical expertise, and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on the unit.
