Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

No weekends required.

Responsibilities

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients with diverse orthopedic conditions.
• Developing customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation using Epic.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in South Carolina or a multistate compact state license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Outpatient clinic experience and orthopedic experience are preferred.
