Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in acute care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a medical and surgical unit, particularly focusing on telemetry patients.
Shift Information
This position requires night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend and holiday rotations will be determined based on operational needs.
Qualifications
- Two years of acute care nursing experience within the last three years.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system is mandatory.
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or a compact RN license is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
- Candidate must pass a telemetry assessment prior to starting the position.
Unit Information
This role is within a medical and surgical unit, specifically on the 5th floor. The unit involves caring for patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
