Job Description

An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy to patients undergoing rehabilitation, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment.

Shift Information

• Shift: 5x8 hours, Days
• Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative care to patients with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Cerner charting.
• Ensure a positive patient experience by fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Occupational Therapy certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing exceptional care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, inpatient environment.

Additional Information

• Attire: Any solid color scrubs or business casual with closed-toed shoes.
• Free parking available for all staff.
• Weekend work is not required.
• Requests for time off must be approved at the time of submission.
• Call-outs must be communicated with ample notice, at least 24 hours prior.
