Description
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele specialty. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will provide high-quality care for patients in a transplant surgery unit.
Shift and Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation available
- Option for 4x12 schedule
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the transplant surgery unit.
- Monitor and manage telemetry patients effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and create care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience within the last 3 years.
- EPIC electronic health record experience is mandatory.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
- Applicants must pass a telemetry test before starting.
