Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This position requires the ability to perform various diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and cardiology, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of images produced.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nuclear medicine procedures and provide care to patients.
• Utilize the Omnicell medication system effectively.
• Document all procedures and patient interactions in the EPIC system.
• Float to other designated units as required while ensuring competency in assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
• ARRT Nuclear certification and BLS certification are required.
• Experience with the Omnicell medication system is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing the EPIC documentation system is necessary.
• Ability to float between units and fulfill responsibilities in a variety of settings.

Work Schedule

This position requires a day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, working 5 days a week.

Attire

Scrubs will be provided in Hunter Green color.

Additional Information

The position may require floating to different units within the organization, with a focus on maintaining staff within their home unit whenever possible.
